CNT Infotech was born not from a business plan, but from a belief—that the strongest professional relationships are built on transparency, sustained by trust, and strengthened through genuine partnership.

When our founder launched CNT in 2000, he did so with the encouragement of the very employers and colleagues he had worked alongside. Those relationships did not end when CNT began—they became its foundation. Former employers became its first clients. Colleagues became trusted partners. From those enduring relationships, CNT grew into a company built not on transactions, but on long-term partnerships.

Vijay Nathan founded CNT Infotech in 2000 after a distinguished career in healthcare finance, technology systems implementation, and management consulting with one of the world's leading consulting firms and other major organizations.

His career began in New York as a Financial Analyst, where he worked in hospital finance, budgeting, and early healthcare information systems before expanding into management consulting across the healthcare and public sectors. During his consulting career, he was part of the team that helped establish a dedicated Law & Justice consulting practice - an experience that laid the foundation for CNT Infotech's deep expertise in healthcare, public sector, and justice technology.

His leadership philosophy reflects the values on which CNT was founded: lead with integrity, invest in relationships, deliver with discipline, and never lose sight of the human impact behind every technology decision.
