Jose M. Colon, MBA
Jose has over 16 years of experience in managing the design, development and implementation of “large scale” business information systems including client server and Internet applications. Some examples of these systems include: the Delaware Automated Correction System, Labor Market Information, PR Department of Transportation, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Property Registry Information System and the School Lunch Information System. These systems were designed to deliver services to more than 800 users each. In addition, Jose has been responsible for managing the requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation and implementation of our proprietary software packages (TechDoc) designed to deliver information systems to the HealthCare providers. Having participated in system development projects for more than 16 years, Jose has thorough knowledge of the complete system development life cycle (SDLC). He has strong user session facilitation skills and is very thorough in extracting functional information and requirements from the user groups. Jose has a strong technical background and experience with various database management systems, operating systems and development tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, Access, Power Builder, Java, HTML, DOS, VMS, UNIX, Windows NT and Windows. Jose has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University in Delaware.
Vijay L. Nathan, MBA
Vijay has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of systems development including managing the requirements, design, development, implementation and maintenance of several public sector and healthcare systems. Vijay has been actively involved in project management and client service responsibilities for numerous clients. Some projects that Vijay has managed successfully include the State of Delaware – Department of Correction – System Development Lifecycle activities from requirements through implementation and maintenance; The State of Texas - Department of Criminal Justice Requirements definition and design; The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Inmate Management System - System Development Lifecycle activities from requirements through implementation and maintenance; Greater Healthcare System of New York – RFP preparation, Vendor Selection and implementation of The Radiology Information System; Greater Healthcare System of New York - RFP Preparation and selection of the PACS digital imaging solution and implementation; State of Texas – Business Process Reengineering of offender information management. In addition to the experience in managing the development of complex systems, Vijay has also successfully managed the integration and interfacing of various systems in the sharing of information between different agencies and different platforms and technical environments. Vijay has managed projects with various database management systems, operating systems and development tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, Access, Power Builder, Java, HTML, DOS, VMS, UNIX, Windows NT and Windows. Shree Nadkarni, CPA, MBA
Shrikant ("Shree") has been working as an advisor with CNT Infotech, Inc. since its inception. His responsibilities include finances, financial statements, tax and accounting reporting and compliance and assistance with the Company's retirement plan. Shree has over 25 years of experience in areas ranging from corporate tax, business valuations and financial planning. During the course of his career, Shree has gained significant professional experience with companies such as KPMG’s international tax practice, the investment banking firm of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (now part of CSFB) to a partner position with WithumSmith+Brown, PC. During the course of his career, he has had significant experience in the information technology industry.
Mohan Rajan – India Operations Director
Mohan Rajan graduated with a first class in Commerce from the R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai, in 1985. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He has passed the final examinations of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, in 1994. He had secured All India 3rd rank in the Intermediate examinations of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has qualified as a US CPA passing all the CPA exams in Nov. 2003.
He has been a professional Director, representing the Advisors Category, on the Board of the Association of Merchant Bankers of India, a Self Regulatory Organization for Investment Bankers, recognized by SEBI. He has done extensive work over last twenty five years in different professional areas of work including accounting, audits, consulting, direct and indirect tax, corporate laws, investment banking, preparation of techno economic feasibility studies for new projects, coordinating project appraisals, arranging project finance and working capital finance, financial services, etc. He has been part of Oracle Financials ERP implementation team. He has founded and set up an organization group, which had 383 team members as of June 30, 2012.
J M Ahmed Sirajuddin – General Manager
Is a Bachelor in Engineering, ( Mech ) from the Government College Of Tech. Coimbatore, one of the 7 technical colleges under the prestigious Madras University in 1985 May. Has handled developing an industry from green field site to production, handling the entire gamut of interactions with the site developer, Government agencies related to starting of an industry, the machinery supplier, erection & commissioning the plant.
With an in depth knowledge in Industrial Engineering techniques, had made studies on a conventional production lines and successfully merged production lines for high Productivity, Low manpower loss, Flexibility in the production lines to switch over to multiple products to meet market demand. Has been instrumental in starting a construction unit from inception, and in initial stages controlling all areas like Marketing, Project Procurement, Contract Negotiation, Staffing, Schedule Management, Client Relationship, Vendor Interactions, Inter-actions with local government bodies and Contract Closure. Has unique experience and involvement in starting new ventures, and meticulously monitoring it to a successful business house.
Muneer Ahamed, PMP - Manager
Over 15 years of experience in application software design, development and database administration, with excellent exposure to relational database applications using client server computing model. In addition he has strong knowledge in Design, Development & DBA activities. He has been extensively involved in design, development & implementation of very complicated & sensitive systems like the Delaware Automated Correction System for the State of Delaware, Bonds & Insurance Processing System for Roanoke Trade Inc Chicago, Attendance Recording & Wages system for Indian Tobacco Company Chennai, a multi-national company & others. Most of the systems involved were massive systems, targeting more than 2000 users. Also has exposure in wide range of business areas like Manufacturing, Finance, Public sectors, Quality Maintenance, Marketing, Insurance and Human Resource. Being a project manager in many systems projects, Muneer has comprehensive knowledge of the system development life cycle. As a technical lead, he has led a team of 20 or more executing a wide range of activities including advising the project in technical areas, guiding the team members involved in development and testing. Muneer has a strong technical background and has in depth knowledge of SQL Server, Access and Oracle databases and development tools. Also he has knowledge in Lotus Notes, Visual Basic, Java, C, SQL server, UNIX, VAX, SOLARIS, and WINDOWS. Muneer has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, India.
Sheela Sophia - Health Care Services Operations Manager
Sheela Sophia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Madras. She has over two decades of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Services. She has proven and scale up delivery capabilities across multiple Specialties. Currently, as the head of the Health Care Services Operations, manage multiple activities include: Medical Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Denial Analysis, Insurance & AR Follow-up, Insurance Eligibility & Pre Authorization, Provider & Group Credentialing. She has specialized in Medical Coding. She has worked with Nittany Decision Services, one of the pioneers in Offshore Healthcare Revenue Cycle management Industry.
